What is included in the price?

All packages include:

  • Parking

  • Security Guard

  • Existing lighting

  • Large Farm Table with Chairs (seats 12)

  • Rustic Tiki Bar

  • Old World Stone Benches with Cushions

  • Two Fire Pits with Seating

  • Giant Freshwater Pool with LED Lighting Technology (with 12 mood setting)

  • In house Sound System for ambient music indoors and outdoors

Are there any additional costs?

  • There will be a security deposit between $2,000 and $5,000, depending on the package chosen.

  • Insurance will be required.

  • The cleaning fee for the homes will cost between $300 and $500.

  • The site rep will cost $35 per hour.

What do the accommodations provide?

  • Soap, shampoo & conditioner

  • Basic Condiments (olive oil, vinegar, spices, etc)

  • Beach towels

  • Sheets

  • In-house towels

  • Cooking utensils

  • Pots & pans

  • Dishes, glasses & cutlery

Are pets allowed?
Yes, on a case by case basis.

Requirements are:

  • House trained

  • Calm

  • Groomed and nails trimmed prior to arrival

If pets suffer from separation anxiety, they must be crated if left alone for any length of time. A deposit may be required.

Is there a cake cutting or corkage fee?

Absolutely not!

Will there be other weddings going on the same time as ours?

Never! The estate is reserved for you and you alone. No one is allowed on the property except the guests you invite.

What time does the music have to be off?

Amplified music must be off at 10pm in accordance with LA County Law. However, we do offer a late night party.

Is a wedding planner required?

Yes, even wedding planners hire wedding planners. There’s a lot that goes into creating a perfect event, this is your day, relax and enjoy!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You can bring your own wine and champagne however, unless you’re a bartender, hire professionals who know what will be required. We have great vendors who will provide everything you need for a full bar and you are only charged for what you use.

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

Yes, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of consummate professionals vetted and approved by Le Sangreal management. We have chosen vendors who provide an excellent service at a range of pricing to suit all budgets.

Is there a charge if I want to hire a vendor not on the preferred vendors list?

All vendors that are not on the preferred vendors list must be approved by Le Sangreal management. Approval is on a case to case basis and there will be an additional charge if approved.
